1. General Provisions

• Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, phone number and payment account details provided at registration must all belong to the same person.
• Keeping the account password secure is entirely the user's responsibility. The password must not be shared with any third party.
• Transferring, selling or renting an account is prohibited.
• If you register using false or misleading information, the account may be closed at any time and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bt888 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time it deems necessary. Government-issued identification or other documents may be requested for verification. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

3. Age and Eligibility

Use of the bt888 platform is permitted only for adults aged 21 or above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

3.1 Geographic Eligibility

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bt888 currently supports transactions via three mobile payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• The account used for deposits must be registered in the name of the person who holds the bt888 account. Deposits made through a third party are not accepted.
• bt888 does not charge any handling fee on deposit amounts; however, the mobile wallet provider's own charges may apply.
• Upon a successful deposit, the amount is generally reflected in the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile wallet that was used at the time of deposit and is registered to the account.
• Withdrawal processing time is generally between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• If identity verification or a security review is required, the withdrawal process may be delayed somewhat.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.

4.3 Transaction Cancellations and Errors

If an incorrect amount is deposited or withdrawn due to a technical error, bt888 reserves the right to correct that error. If a user notices an incorrect transaction, they are required to contact customer support immediately.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.2 Wagering Requirement

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
• Example: If you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳12,000 in bets before you can withdraw winnings from the bonus.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• bt888 reserves the right to change the validity or terms of any bonus. Users will be notified in advance of any changes.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — such as placing coordinated bets, claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or any other manipulation — will result in the bonus being forfeited and the account may be closed.

6. Gaming Rules

Each game on bt888 has its own rules. The general gaming rules are as follows:

6.1 Casino Games

• Once a game has started, bets cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is incomplete due to a technical error, bt888 may declare that round void and refund the bet amount.
• The random number generator (RNG) used to determine game outcomes is independently tested.
• In live dealer games, if a connection is lost, the game will be settled according to the applicable rules.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Bets will be settled according to the odds applicable at the time the bet is confirmed.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled or cancelled in accordance with the applicable policy.

6.3 Match-Fixing and Corruption

Placing bets connected to match-fixing or corruption in any sporting event is strictly prohibited. If evidence of such activity is found, the relevant bets will be voided and the account will be permanently closed.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bt888 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Placing bets using any kind of automated software, bot or script.
• Attempting to hack or bypass the platform's systems or security measures.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Harassing or offensive behaviour towards other users.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by bt888

bt888 may temporarily or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Registration using false information.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Evidence of being a minor.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before the account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided, unless there are bonus conditions or other obligations outstanding.
